Billed as the biggest art prize in the world, this year\u2019s presentation welcomes 1,517 art entries from 56 countries and 45 states, with works displayed at 162 venues throughout the city.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/miserybay.usanethosting.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/gallery\/12sept\/grart.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"image\" class=\"aligncenter size-full\" \/><br \/>\n<em>A three-dimensional ceramic creation entitled BAM POW is but one of the many compelling offerings among 1,500+ entries in this year\u2019s Grand Rapids Art Prize event. <\/em><br \/>\nThe September bus trip is being arranged by members of the Clinton County Arts Council under the coordination of Director Mike Muehlenbeck and chaired by Kathy Litwiller.<br \/>\nThe day long excursion will begin with a 9 a.m. departure from St. Johns Lutheran Church with time in Grand Rapids from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Passengers will be free to view venues of their choice and lunch as their schedule provides.<br \/>\nThe return trip will include a dinner stop in Lowell at the Mynt Fusion Bistro with final arrival time in St. Johns estimated to be around 9 p.m.<br \/>\nThe bus will accommodate 50 riders, so tickets, at $75.00 per person, are available at a \u201cfirst come, first go\u201d basis. That price includes dinner at the Mynt Fusion Bistro.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/miserybay.usanethosting.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/gallery\/12sept\/park1.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"image\" class=\"aligncenter size-full\" \/><br \/>\nTickets, along with information may be acquired at the Art Gallery. The Gallery is located at 215 N.
