Together, those ingredients identify Tim Higgins and his extraordinary collection of sculpture items crafted from discards given new time in new dimensions.<br \/>\nHiggins is the featured artist during the Clinton County Arts Council\u2019s regular monthly Sunday Event occurring October 7 from 1 to 3 pm at the Council\u2019s Gallery. Many of his works will be on display during the open house with plenty of time for discussions. Additionally, he will be available for those who may be interested in commissioning a special piece for a particular occasion.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/miserybay.usanethosting.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/gallery\/12sept\/higgins.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"image\" class=\"aligncenter size-full\" \/><br \/>\n<em>This captivating sculpture by Tim Higgins, entitled \u201cMoot Point,\u201d challenges your wit and imagination while capturing your cuddly inclinations.<\/em><br \/>\nThe sponsor for October is John Wieber, P.C. and, as usual, refreshments are served throughout the event.<br \/>\nThe Gallery is located at 215 N. Clinton Ave. in St. Johns and information regarding these monthly events \u2013 and other Council related activities \u2013 can be obtained by calling 989 224-2329.<br \/>\nActivities of the Arts Council are made possible through generous sponsorships, such Mr. Wieber\u2019s and regular membership dues and donations.
