Increase your strength, endurance and tone up with Boot Camp. Classes combine intervals of cardio drills and muscle conditioning exercises to provide you with the ultimate circuit workout. Some exercises include, pushups, lunges, work with medicine balls and bands. Expect the unexpected in these full-body Boot Camp classes, which are always challenging and fun. Instructor: Shawna Foerster, ACE certified personal trainer.<br \/>\nWinter Session I: Mondays and Wednesdays, January 7, 9, 14, 16, 21, 23, February 4, 6, 11, 13 and 18, 2013. * There is no Class January 28th and 30th<br \/>\nWinter Session II: Mondays and Wednesdays, February 20, 25 and 27, March 4, 6, 11, 13, 18, 20, 25 and 27, 2013.<br \/>\nSpring Session: Mondays and Wednesdays, April 8, 10, 15, 17, 22, 24, 29, May 1, 6, 8 and 13, 2013. *If school is canceled due to the weather, Boot Camp is cancelled as well. Check the website for cancellations.<br \/>\nTime: Mondays 6:30pm &#8211; 7:30pm and Wednesdays 7:00pm &#8211; 8:00pm<br \/>\nWhere: Gateway North Gymnasium and Cafeteria<br \/>\nCost: $55 per 5 \u00bd week (11 classes) session per person for City Residents; $65 for non-City Residents. Drop-ins: $7 per class for City Residents; $8 for non-City Residents. Drop-ins allowed only if space permits. It is highly recommended that you preregister with the city offices before the first day of class.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>The Zumba program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. Achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life!
