Lansing. I lived in that apartment building in the late 60&#8217;s.&#8221;<br \/>\nLynne Gregory addds, &#8220;This house is located on the NW corner of Lansing and Baldwin. Pre-World War II it was started, I&#8217;ve forgotten the story as to why, about the time of the war, only the basement was completed. It was roofed over and lived in until well after the war was over. The house was finally built over that basement. It is next to the original Emmons house, seen in the background.<br \/>\nThe house 310 S.
