The 3-hour event kick-starts at 9:30 am.<br \/>\nWith support from Road Riders for Jesus, this fully customized Habitat fundraiser offers a charity ride, motorcycle show, slow drag race, live band, door prizes and commemorative T-shirts.<br \/>\nFlex some heavy metal muscle by entering your sweet ride in the Habitat Motorcycle Show, sponsored by Hammer in Hand Custom Cycles. Bikers register their rides between 9:30 and 11:15am. Hammer in Hand fired up the torches to design one-of-a-kind trophies and the top three winners earn prize packages as well as &#8220;shelf bling.&#8221;<br \/>\nThe Michigan State Police Motorcycle Unit cruises though at 10:30 with a slow motor skills demonstration. Then, any rider can test their clutch control in the Slow Drag Race. Last to the line in this elimination contest wins the prize.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/miserybay.usanethosting.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/gallery\/13may\/bikeblessing.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"image\" class=\"aligncenter size-full\" \/><br \/>\nGear up with a ride-rocking commemorative T-shirt, sporting original art by Laura Bishop of Locale Media. Anyone can own this Old School ride while supplies last.<br \/>\nThe roar of life-saving loud pipes won&#8217;t be the only music in the wind thanks to a live performance by Chosen and announcements of door prize drawings that include $25 gas cards, sponsor coupons and gift certificates.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/miserybay.usanethosting.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/gallery\/13may\/biker2.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"image\" class=\"aligncenter size-full\" \/><br \/>\nBlessing of the Bikers redlines at noon, officiated by Church of the Living Word Pastor Audie Clairmont. Newly blessed riders saddle up by 12:30pm to set their own pace or take the Charity Ride to Blanchard.<br \/>\nTank up on site with drinks and snacks at one of the downtown St. Johns restaurants or save your appetite for lunch at the Charity Ride destination.<br \/>\nHabitat&#8217;s May 18 Blessing of the Bikers is fueled by Sparrow Clinton Hospital Pauli Ford, Sundance Buick GMC, Midstate Title Company, Law Office of John B. Salemi, Capitol Harley-Davidson, Agro-Culture Liquid Fertilizers, and St. Johns Locale Media with support from Road Riders for Jesus, Wild Hogettes and Hammer in Hand.<br \/>\nAll event proceeds benefit Habitat for Humanity of Clinton County.
