\nEach week the Clinton County Senior Center holds a 2 hour Euchre Tournament. These tournaments are open to all ages – you do not need to be a senior citizen. Tournaments are held from 6:30-8:30 pm on the 1st and 3rd Monday’s of each month. On the 2nd and 4th Monday’s of each month they are held from 1:00-3:00 pm. If there is a 5th Monday in the month, the tournament will be held from 1:00-3:00 pm. The cost to participate is $2 per person – only $1 on the 2nd and 4th Monday’s if you eat lunch at the center.
\nThe center serves a public lunch each Monday from 11:30 am – 12:30 pm. The full meal is $5, or if you do not want the full meal, a sandwich with chips is $3.
\nMeals for June include:
\nJune 10: Spaghetti, Tossed Salad, Garlic Bread, Vegetable and Fruit Salad
\nJune 17: Chicken and Rice, Vegetable, Roll and Pudding
\nJune 24: Meatloaf, Mashed Potatoes and Gravy, Vegetable and Jello Salad
\nTake outs for the meals are available. Call 989-224-4257 to order yours in advance.
\nThe Clinton County Senior Center is located at 201 E Walker Street in St Johns (one block south of M21 and one block east of Main Street). The Senior Center is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 9 am – 3 pm each day.
