Martis added, &#8220;Warren House located at 600 Block of Oakland St. It was the Vail home before and also Tom Teare.&#8221;<br \/>\nBarry says, this house at 600 S. Oakland was built in 1925. The house is of Georgian style architecture.<br \/>\nPast owners include: Wesley and Dora Warren, Frances Simmons, and John and Mildred Luecht.
