{"id":37369,"date":"2013-10-17T21:00:21","date_gmt":"2013-10-18T01:00:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/miserybay.usanethosting.com\/wordpress\/?p=37369"},"modified":"2013-10-17T21:00:21","modified_gmt":"2013-10-18T01:00:21","slug":"cover-156","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/stjindy.com\/archive1\/cover-156\/","title":{"rendered":"St. Johns Independent"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/miserybay.usanethosting.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/gallery\/13oct\/131018date.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"image\" class=\"aligncenter size-full\" \/><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/miserybay.usanethosting.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/gallery\/13oct\/dinner.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"image\" class=\"aligncenter size-full\" \/><em>While Angie Beals holds a batch of tickets, Dean Hartenburg boasts the initial purchase toward a spaghetti dinner hosted by Sparrow Clinton Hospital Auxiliary <\/em><!--more--><br \/>\nWho doesn\u2019t enjoy spaghetti?<br \/>\nSo, faced with the challenge of meeting a $100,000 pledge in support of the new Sparrow Clinton Hospital Emergency wing, Auxiliary members are planning a spaghetti dinner with hopes that pasta lovers from around the area will respond to the event.<br \/>\nAngie Beals, chair of the fund raiser, explained that while it\u2019s called a spaghetti dinner, many other pasta selections will be offered along with meat, marinara and Alfredo sauces and tempting garlic bread.<br \/>\nThe dinner is set for St. Johns\u2019 Big Boy Restaurant, Wednesday Nov. 13 from 5 to 8 p.m. Tickets are $12.00 per adult and $8.00 for children 12 and under, with a major portion of both tickets going to the Auxiliary.<br \/>\n\u201cThis is but one of several projects we\u2019re planning to help meet the Auxiliary\u2019s commitment to the new emergency wing,\u201d Ms. Beals explained. \u201cFund raising dinners have great appeal so what better way to begin our campaign?\u201d<br \/>\nIncluded in the ticket price will be soup, salad and fruit bar, spaghetti noodles, penne noodles, sauces and bread. Excluded are drinks, dessert and gratuity.
