Jean Sherrick, Tina Marie Baese
\nJean Sherrick<\/strong>
\nJean Sherrick, age 78, of Middleton, MI died Monday, October 14, 2013 at Masonic Pathways with her family by her side.
\nFuneral Services will be held at New Haven Church of the Brethren, 7587 Grant Road, Middleton, MI on Thursday, October 17, 2013 at 1:00 P.M., with Pastor Brian Ruth officiating. Burial will take place at New Haven Township Cemetery, Gratiot County, MI. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 16, 2013 from 4-8 P.M. at Smith Family Funeral Homes Ithaca, MI.
\nJean was born in St. Johns, Michigan on June 9, 1935, the daughter of Ford and Eva Hazel (Chaffee) MacNaughton. She graduated from Carson City High School with the class of 1953. On September 7, 1957 Jean married Dean Wendell Sherrick on their family farm. Dean died on January 31, 2011. She resided most of her life in Middleton, Michigan. Jean was a homemaker and gave piano and organ lessons for many years. She was the church organist for over 40 years and played for many graduations and weddings. Jean loved her Lord, family and music. She was a member of New Haven Church of the Brethren, Middleton, MI.
\nShe is survived by 3 daughters; Marta and Dennis Lake of Ithaca, MI, Linda and Daryl Morrical of Yorktown, IN, Sharon and Terry Lepley of Holland, MI, 2 sons; Joe and Kim Sherrick of Grand Ledge, MI, Kevin and Kelly Sherrick of Middleton, MI, 11 grandchildren; Zeb Lepley, Seth and Angie Lake, Josh Sherrick, Brandon and McKenzie Morrical, Amanda Lepley, Courtney Lake, Justin Lake, Ethan Morrical, Tabetha and Aaron Maunumaki, Kanyon Sherrick, Kamrey Sherrick, and 3 great grandchildren; Gavin and Mia Maunumaki, Molly Jean Lake. She was predeceased by her husband, granddaughter Nikki Sherrick, and brother Jack MacNaughton.
\nMemorials may be made to a Charity of the Donor’s Choice. The family is being served by Smith Family Funeral Homes<\/a> Ithaca, Michigan.<\/p>\n

Tina Marie Baese<\/strong>
\nTina Marie Baese, age 46, of Lansing, MI passed away Wednesday, October 9, 2013.
\nA Memorial Service will be held at Justice in Mental Health Organization (JIMHO) 530 Cherry Street, Lansing, MI on Friday, November 22, 2013 at 10:00 A.M. with a luncheon served at noon.
\nTina was born in Memphis, Tennessee on January 23, 1967, the daughter of Charles and Clara (Page) Carson. Tina married David Baese on August 1, 2009 in Elsie, MI. Tina liked to do ceramics, crocheting and reading. She was taking online classes to attain her high school diploma.
\nShe is survived by her husband David Baese of Lansing, MI, 2 daughters; Tonya Page of Texas and Erica Page of Illinois, 2 grandsons; Noland and Ryland Bendifield, mother Clara Carson of Pearl, Mississippi, 2 brothers; Ricky Carmikle and Phillip Carson of Mississippi, parents-in-law Rod and Lyla Brush of Elsie, MI, brothers\/sisters-in-law; Dennis and Pam Baese of Elsie, MI, Michele and Bob Powers of Charlotte, MI, Rick and Diane Brush of Ovid, MI, Deb and Ed Parkinson of Mio, MI, Marshel Brush of Mio, MI, Elaine Brush of Grayling, MI, and several nieces and nephews. Tina was preceded in death by her father, Charles Carson.
