Tom Leonard to discuss matters of state and local government during his December office hours, taking place in St. Johns and Ithaca.<br \/>\nOffice hours will be held:<br \/>\n\u00b7 In St. Johns on Friday, Dec. 13 at the Big Boy, 1408 S. U.S. 27, from 9 to 11 a.m.<br \/>\n\u00b7 In Ithaca on Friday, Dec. 20 at the Hearthstone Oven Bakery and Caf\u00e9, 126 S. Pine River St., from 9 to 11 a.m.<br \/>\nNo appointment is necessary.
