Miller, Jr., Imogene Heuer<!--more--><br \/>\n<strong>Kerri Tipps<\/strong><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/miserybay.usanethosting.com\/sjindy\/obits\/images2\/tipps_kerri.jpg\" HSPACE=\"8\" ALIGN=\"left\" \/>Kerri (Thelen) Tipps of Fowler, MI died January 8, 2014 at the age of 35. Born June 15, 1978 to Kenneth and Barbara (Ward) Thelen, Kerri was the youngest of four children. She was a 1996 graduate of Fowler High School and worked as an administrative assistant in the insurance industry. Kerri was a member of Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Fowler Conservation Club, and was a volunteer for Meals on Wheels. In 2005 she met the love of her life, Chris Tipps, while vacationing. Chris and Kerri were married in 2008 and he survives her.<br \/>\nAlso surviving are their children Hailey, Emma Jo and Breeann Edith Tipps; parents Ken and Barb Thelen of Fowler; siblings Pamela (Pat) Stump of Pewamo, Ken (Jaime) Thelen of Fowler, Becky (Jack) Miller of Fowler, as well as six nieces and nephews whom she adored: Kendra, Taylor and Kyle Stump, Damien and Holly Miller, and Kenny Thelen. Kerri was preceded in death by her grandparents Alvin and Loretta Thelen, Dorothy Ward Shook and Gilbert Ward, and twin nieces Jacklynn and Carly Miller.<br \/>\nA Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:30 am Monday, January 13, 2014 at Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Fowler with burial to follow at Most Holy Trinity Catholic Cemetery, Fr. Dennis Howard presiding. The family will receive friends at the Goerge Chapel of the Osgood Funeral Homes, Fowler on Saturday, January 11, 2014 from 7-9 pm and Sunday, January 12, 2014 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A rosary will be prayed at 8 pm Saturday and Sunday with a scripture service at 3 pm Sunday. Bancroft, of Maple Rapids, died January 8, 2014 at the age of 92. Born November 22, 1921 to Dee and Bernice (Parkinson) Elwood, Ella worked as a homemaker and ran the family farm. She married AD Wellington Bancroft in 1943 and he preceded her in death in 2005.<br \/>\nSurviving are her children; Juddson (Joan) Bancroft, Delbert (Bonnie) Bancroft, James (Ida) Bancroft and Lorraine (Willie) Cuyler, all of Maple Rapids; 10 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; 7 great great grandchildren; brother, Dale Elwood, sister, Lela (Duane) Whitcell; sisters-in-law, Thelma Elwood and Harriet (Ross) Henry; brother-in-law, Joe (Elouise) Bancroft; and many nieces and nephews. He was born July 26, 1956 in Lansing, MI the son of William and Rosemary (Eaton) McCarthy. On October 21, 1978 he married Dana Haske in St. Johns and she survives him.<br \/>\nAlso surviving are two daughters, Collin McCarthy Widmeyer of Holt, Molly McCarthy of New York City, NY; one son, Ian (Noora) McCarthy of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates; three grandsons, Walker, Jackson and Greyson; parents, William and Rosemary McCarthy of St. Johns; three sisters, Kelly (Mark) Jurman of WI, Kathy Bates of St. Johns, Colleen (Michael) Schoderbek of NJ; one brother, William (Shari) McCarthy of UT; brothers and sisters-in-law, Keith (Barb) Haske of Charlevoix, MI, Kim (Dana) Beaman of St. Johns, Todra Haske of Holt and many nieces and nephews.<br \/>\nHis spirituality empowered him to be a man of great compassion, wisdom and strength, a father figure to many. Brian was a graduate of St. Johns High School, Class of 1974 and attended First United Methodist Church. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, spending time in the outdoors and playing guitar. He loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren and loved time spent in the northwest part of Michigan\u2019s Lower Peninsula. On May 6, 1983 she married Bill D. May in Ithaca, Michigan. She resided most of her life in St. Johns and Ithaca, Michigan. Connie was a homemaker who enjoyed music especially Elvis Presley. She decorated her home for every season and she liked to shop at Walmart. Spending time with her family was important to her.<br \/>\nShe is survived by her loving husband of 30 years, Bill May of St. Johns, MI, 2 daughters; Angela Smith of Ithaca, MI, Theresa Guerrero of Ithaca, MI, 1 son Frederick Guerrero of Ithaca, MI, 4 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, 2 sisters; Valerie Wilson, Helen and Dennis Haywald, and 1 brother Michael and Shirley Hrymecki. She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Fowler. Evelyn was an avid Tigers fan and loved spending time with her family. She married Norman H. Graham on January 6, 1951 and he preceded her in death in 1991.<br \/>\nSurviving are her daughter, Janice Graham of St. Johns, many nieces and nephews, and her special \u201cgrandchildren\u201d Kelly (Patrick) McCormack, Dawn Arens, and Craig Arens. She was born February 5, 1927 in Sault Saint Marie, MI and was the oldest child of Percy and Sarah \u201cSadie\u201d (Morrison) Wallis. Delmas grew up on Spruce Grove Farm between Rudyard and Pickford, MI. She graduated from Michigan State University in 1947 and married Lewis Moldenhauer on September 10, 1949 in Pickford. Together they raised 3 sons; Richard, Thomas, and Harry who brought them 6 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.<br \/>\nDelmas worked as a Home Economics Agent in Clinton County, and then as a homemaker who occasionally taught as a substitute teacher. She was also active as a 4H leader. During retirement, she and Lewis enjoyed over 20 years of traveling via Air Stream in caravans and ralleys and took two trips to Europe before Lewis\u2019s death in 2008.<br \/>\nDelmas is survived by her sons; Richard (Nancy) Moldenhauer of Grand Blanc, MI, Thomas (Mary Beth) Moldenhauer of St. Johns, Harry (Bette) Moldenhauer of Lake Okachobee, Fl; 6 grandchildren, Richard (Jacqueline) Moldenhauer II, James Moldenhauer, Luke (Jen) Moldenhauer, Analee (Jeremy) Lounds, Bridgette (Christopher) Estramera, Robby (Kimberly) Loschiavo; 10 great grandchildren; brother, Donald (Janice) Wallis; sister, Helen (Stan) Kresge; and many nieces and nephews. Chris worked as an R.N. at Clinton Memorial Hospital and at Sparrow Health System as a critical care nurse. On December 14, 1974 she married Kenneth E. Rademacher.  He preceded her in death on July 30, 2004. Jeramy loved spending time with family riding his quad and snowmobiling. Rice, passed away January 1, 2014 at the age of 62. Pat was employed by the American Board of Emergency Medicine, having worked there for nearly 30 years where colleagues benefited from her patience, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Pat was a very loving grandmother, mother, sister, and daughter and cherished her time with family and friends. She will be greatly missed by her family, friends, and colleagues.<br \/>\nSurviving to cherish her memory are her daughters, Carrie (Wesley) Swanson and Christine (Mike Ryan) Stoye; grandchildren Zachary Jones, PFC Jared Mulligan, Brandon Geiersbach, Wesley Swanson, and grandbaby Gavin Ryan; sisters Susan (Roger) Adsit and Ruth Ann Griffin; brother William Joseph (Amy) Rice; two aunts and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her father and two brothers: Donald Robert Rice and Donald LeRoy Rice, II.<br \/>\nThe family will receive friends at the Gorsline Runciman Funeral Home 900 E. Michigan Ave., on Sunday, January 5, 2014 from 5:00 to 8:00 PM, and one hour prior to the service. He was born in Greenville, MI, July 17, 1951, the son of Arthur and Carol (Lehman) Barber. Wilmer attended Mt. Hope Church in St. Johns and was a member of U.A.W. Local #952. He married Wanda Baker and she preceded him in death on June 16, 2008.<br \/>\nHe is survived by his son, Wilmer (Kathryn) Barber II, of Ashley, granddaughter, Heather (Kyle) Kimmel of Perrinton, 2 great grandchildren, Ethan and Brookelynn Kimmel, his mother, Carol Barber, 2 brothers, Dave (Darr) Barber, Jeff (Connie) Barber, 8 stepchildren and many other step grandchildren and step great grandchildren. Wilmer was preceded in death by his father, Arthur Barber and grandson, Wilmer Allen Barber III.<br \/>\nA Memorial Service will be held at 12 noon on Sat., January 11, 2014 at Mt. Miller, Jr.<\/strong><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/miserybay.usanethosting.com\/sjindy\/obits\/images2\/miller_larry.jpg\" HSPACE=\"8\" ALIGN=\"left\" \/>Larry I. Miller, Jr., age 67, died January 1, 2014 in the arms of his wife after a short battle with cancer. He was born January 22, 1946, the son of Larry and Alice (Ordway) Miller Sr.<br \/>\nLarry grew up in Ovid on his family farm. He made his Varsity Football and Track teams his freshman year at Ovid High School. Larry married Linda Hicks on July 18, 1964. They would have celebrated 50 years of marriage this year. He loved NASCAR. He raced at Owosso, Spartan and Crystal speedways from 1964-1985. He also enjoyed coaching softball. He coached several of his daughters and nieces teams, even winning a league championship. In the autumn you could find him cheering for his Michigan Wolverines.<br \/>\nLarry is survived by his wife, Linda, daughters, Laura (Roger) Nixon, Rhonda (Bill) Hehrer, Angie Miller (Kimberly Kistler), Tammy (Scott) Peru and Dana (Brad) Schneider, 10 grandchildren, Whitney, Steven, Keith, David, Dylan, Joey, Katlyn, Brianna, Ian and Evan, great grandchildren, Abbigail, Logan and Garrett, his mother, Alice, brothers, Ken, Jim, Ron and Dale, sister, Joy, brothers in law, Glen and Doug Hicks. Also his very special niece, Terri Fisher, many cousins, nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles. Larry was preceded in death by his first great grandson, Jr., his father, Larry Sr., his sister Jean and mother in law, Ethel.<br \/>\nFuneral Services will be 1:00 p.m. Sunday, January 5, 2014 at the Houghton Chapel of Osgood Funeral Homes in Ovid. She was born in Pontiac, MI, on November 16, 1928, the daughter of Walter and Charlene (Paris) Beaudin. She married Doyne Heuer on June 25, 1949 and he preceded her in death on February 15, 2009. Imogene attended First Baptist Church of St. Johns, was a member of the Eastern Star and retired from St. Johns Public Schools.<br \/>\nShe is survived by her children, Janice (Doug) Walton of Spring Lake, Jackie (Bob) Mitosinka and Mike (Julie) Heuer all of St. Johns, 6 grandchildren, Jadon (Ann) Walton, Megan (Jason Conran) Walton, Wendy Huey, Rob (Jennifer) Heuer, Lacy (Dave) Greer, Nick Heuer and 10 great grandchildren. Imogene was preceded in death by her husband, Doyne Heuer, her parents, granddaughter, Christa Mitosinka and grandson in law, David Huey.<br \/>\nFuneral Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, January 4, 2014 at Osgood Funeral Home in St. Johns with Pastor Tim Knaus officiating, burial to follow at Mt.
