Tom Leonard.<br \/>\nAnyone with a question or concern regarding state or local government is invited to join Leonard at the following dates and locations:<br \/>\n\u00b7 In St. Johns on Friday, February 14 at the Big Boy, 1408 S. U.S. 27, from 9 to 11 a.m.<br \/>\n\u00b7 In Ithaca on Friday, February 21 at the Hearthstone Oven Bakery and Caf\u00e9, 126 S. Pine River St., from 9 to 11 a.m.<br \/>\nNo appointment is necessary.
