Here are the facts to help you sort it all out.<br \/>\nThe Healthy Michigan Plan provides health care coverage for individuals who:<br \/>\n&#8211; Are age 19-64 years<br \/>\n&#8211; Have income at or below 133% of the federal poverty level (approximately $16,000 for a single person and $33,000 for a family of four)<br \/>\n&#8211; Do not qualify for or are enrolled in Medicare<br \/>\n&#8211; Do not qualify for or are not enrolled in traditional Medicaid programs<br \/>\n&#8211; Are not pregnant at the time of application<br \/>\n&#8211; Are residents of the State of Michigan<br \/>\nHealth coverage under the Healthy Michigan Plan includes services such as:<br \/>\n&#8211; ambulatory patient services<br \/>\n&#8211; emergency services<br \/>\n&#8211; hospitalization<br \/>\n&#8211; Maternity and newborn care<br \/>\n&#8211; mental health and substance use disorder services, including behavioral health treatment<br \/>\n&#8211; emergency services, hospitalization, mental health and substance use disorder services, including behavioral &#8211; health treatment<br \/>\n&#8211; prescription drugs<br \/>\n&#8211; rehabilitative and habilitative services and devices<br \/>\n&#8211; laboratory services<br \/>\n&#8211; preventative and wellness services and chronic disease management<br \/>\n&#8211; pediatric services including oral and vision care<br \/>\n&#8211; Other services as needed<br \/>\nTo sign up for the Healthy Michigan Plan, visit www.mibridges.michigan.gov\/access.
