Some items will be permanently on display and there will also be many revolving exhibits in observance of varying military anniversaries. The exhibits are also apt to change as the museum\u2019s military collection grows.<br \/>\nmilitary002Original intentions were to showcase items from the Civil War through World War II. However, a recent donation from Adam Salinas has made it possible for the inclusion of items from the Vietnam War.<br \/>\nDennis Scott, Commander of VFW Post 4113 St. Johns presented to the museum a U.S. Battle Flag, complete with pole and stand. American Legion Post 153 has contributed a framed photo of Edwin T. Stiles. Stiles was the first Clinton County Soldier killed in France During World War I .<br \/>\nOther interesting artifacts include uniforms beginning with the World War I uni-form of William Elliot. There are many medals, military paraphernalia, souvenirs, and documents that once belonged to both men and women from Clinton county who served their nation.<br \/>\nThe Paine Gillam Scott Museum is a member of Blue Star Museums.
