Pictured here are Clinton County&#8217;s first CASA Volunteer Advocates being Sworn In by the Honorable Lisa Sullivan.<br \/>\nCASA services have been in the United States since the 1970s. In 2013 Clinton County received National CASA Association program approval.<br \/>\nCASA volunteers are appointed by the court to work with children involved in court proceedings due to abuse or neglect.
