The measure is a culmination of many years of discussion; and it\u2019s a move, Leonard says, that will make the process more efficient and effective for Michigan taxpayers while protecting crime victims and preserving the rights of those accused.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>State Rep.
