The music begins at 7 p.m. at the St. Johns City Park Performance Shell; there is no admission charge.<br \/>\nThe band has played over 100 dances and concerts in South Texas for the past seven years during the winter months and will share the music of the region. The band has also been invited and performed at the prestigious San Antonio Livestock Show and Rodeo for the past two years.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/miserybay.usanethosting.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/gallery\/14june\/clarksonpage.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"image\" class=\"aligncenter size-full\" \/><br \/>\nPerforming with Jack is former St. Johns Public Schools Orchestra Director, Rodney Page of Detroit. Page, who has performed world-wide as a Fulbright Scholar, will play fiddle with the band. Other band members include Paul O&#8217;jibway of Lansing, who has performed internationally with Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Joe Cocker, playing horns and keyboard; Tess Clarkson of Wheeling, W.V., singing and playing keyboards and guitar; and George Podany of Minneapolis, Minn., singing and playing bass.<br \/>\nConcert in the Park is sponsored by the Clinton County Arts Council and the city of St. Johns, with support from the Michigan Council for the Arts and Cultural Affairs and the National Endowment for the Arts.<br \/>\nConcerts are held each Wednesday evening, beginning at 7 p.m., in the beautiful outdoor concert venue at the St. Johns City Park. The St. Johns Lions and Lioness Club staff a concession stand that offers light refreshments.
