Any Michigan resident or business can contact EQ for a free collection bucket\/box and instruction kit by calling 877-960-2025, going on their Facebook page or by emailing <a href=\"mailto:mercurybucket@eqonline.com\">mercurybucket@eqonline.com<\/a>.<br \/>\nThe container is delivered to the residence or business with a return UPS label. Mercury devices such as thermostats, thermometers, guages, barometers, switches, relays, sensors, dental amalgam and much more can be placed in the bucket or box and returned to EQ for proper disposal using the UPS label. EQ will ensure proper recycling methods, which will reduce the amount of mercury from entering the earth\u2019s environment.<br \/>\n\u201cIt\u2019s just so easy\u201d, says Sue Berardi from Canton, Michigan. \u201cI submitted 3 mercury thermometers at no cost to me and I know they will be disposed of in a proper way.
