When will our representatives learn?
\nWhen will our State government representatives learn they represent us and they are ultimately responsible for wasting millions of our tax dollars? Millions that could be used to fix potholes or eliminate our children\u2019s debt.
\nThe LSJ reports waste on a daily basis:
\n– \u201cState Paying Felons to Be Medicaid Care Givers\u201d, could result in millions of lost matching funds.
\n– Actual costs of renovating 2 government office buildings was $32.4 million. The original estimate was $14.8 million.
\n– \u201cACA Web Builder Wins State Computer Contract\u201d; a Canadian Co., famous for a disastrous launch of Obama Care. Their bid was $5 million more than a USA company.
\n– Our State Representatives order hundreds of $900- $1,500 chairs for their comfort.
\nThe solution to this wasteful spending is to elect candidates who have not taken tens of thousands of dollars from special interests and who will truly advocate for our community and not abdicate our voice to \u201cparty bosses\u201d and establishment.
