Graff, Lorraine Salters, Clyde John Hoerner, Doris V. Plaza<!--more--><br \/>\n<strong>Paul E. Graff<\/strong><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/miserybay.usanethosting.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/graff_paul.jpg\" alt=\"graff_paul\" width=\"91\" height=\"129\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-43583\" \/>Paul E. Graff died Wednesday, November 12, 2014 at the age of 88. He was born December 17, 1925 in Lebanon Township, Clinton County, MI the son of Paul and Elsa (Falk) Graff. Paul was a member of St. John\u2019s Lutheran Church and was a retired farmer and St. Johns Kroger employee. He married Eunice Epkey in August 1950 and she preceded him in death in 2002.<br \/>\nSurviving are two daughters, Rebecca McKean of Fowler and Jill Liske of Hubbard Lake, MI; one son, Michael (Sharon) of St. Johns; grandchildren,  Jamie and Meggan Armbrustmacher, Jody and Jake McKean,  Jason Graff, Jonathon Liske, Michaela and Mackenzie Graff; ten great grandchildren; one sister, Elizabeth Sawall; brothers and sisters-in-law, Marie Graff, Alan Steffe and Neil and Joyce Epkey. He was also predeceased by a sister, Eunice Steffe, a brother, Donald and son-in-law Gary Liske.<br \/>\nFuneral services will be held 11:00 AM Monday, November 17, 2014 at St. John\u2019s Lutheran Church 511 E. Sturgis, St. Johns with Rev. Dr. Bryan Salminen and Rev. Charles Burhop officiating. The family will receive relatives and friends from 9:00 AM until service time at the church.  As per Paul\u2019s wishes he will be cremated and then interred at East Plains Cemetery. Memorials may be made to St. John\u2019s Lutheran Church. The family was assisted with these arrangements by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.keckcolemanfh.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Keck-Coleman Funeral Home<\/a>, St. Johns.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Lorraine Salters<\/strong><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/miserybay.usanethosting.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/salters_lorraine.jpg\" alt=\"salters_lorraine\" width=\"91\" height=\"129\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-43582\" \/>Lorraine \u201cLori\u201d Salters of Lansing, MI died Tuesday, November 11, 2014 at the age of 59. Born January 13, 1955 to Stewart and Mary Ann (Eisler) Salters, Lori worked as a FARS Analyst for the Michigan State Police for 33 years before her retirement in 2010. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in St. Johns.<br \/>\nLori is survived by her twin sister, Lynette (Lee) Grubaugh of Elsie; sister, Valerie Muckle of Lansing; brother, Richard Salters of Gulfport, MS; and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Lori was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Mary Jane Larsen.<br \/>\nA Memorial Mass will be celebrated 11:00 AM Saturday, November 14, 2014 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in St. Johns with Fr. Michael Williams presiding. The family will receive friends on Friday, November 14, 2014 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the Osgood Funeral Home, 104 E. Cass St., St. Johns, MI 48879. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Lori\u2019s name to Eaton Community Palliative Care, 2675 S. Cochran, Charlotte, MI 48813.<br \/>\nThe family is being served by the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.osgoodfuneralhomes.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Osgood Funeral Homes<\/a>.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Clyde John Hoerner<\/strong><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/miserybay.usanethosting.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/hoerner_clyde.jpg\" alt=\"hoerner_clyde\" width=\"91\" height=\"129\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-43580\" \/>Clyde John Hoerner passed away on November 11, 2014, at the age of 71. He was born in Ingham County, MI, the son of John and Lucille (Martin) Hoerner. Clyde worked as a team leader at General Motors until his retirement. Clyde cherished his wife of 46 years, Sharon Fedewa Hoerner, his family, and God. He was known for his sense of humor, his kind heart, and gift of gab. He made pancakes for the grand dogs whenever they visited. Clyde never met a stranger and would talk longer than anyone cared to listen about how proud he was of his three daughters. He was there for his wife through her trials; she was there for his.<br \/>\nHe made the best bacon, knew the location of every thrift store in a 60 mile radius, loved westerns, and kept spare parts to every lawn mower he ever owned. He hated to throw anything away and would spend hours repairing things. No one wanted to be the first to try the toaster after it was just fixed. He loved the Fowler Eagles; he cheered their wins and felt deeply their losses. The only thing he loved more was family.<br \/>\nClyde is survived by his wife, Sharon; daughters, Kellie Hoerner of Grand Rapids, Kristen Hoerner of Petoskey and Sara Hoerner of Fowler; brothers, LaVerne (Linda) Hoerner and Thomas (Claudia) Hoerner; sisters, June (Fred) Mason, Marlene (Thomas) Seigo; brother-in-law, James Schrauben; sister-in-law, Patricia (Joe) Klein; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Mary Lou Buckner and Katherine Schrauben; brothers, Martin Hoerner and John Hoerner, Jr. (infant).<br \/>\nA Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10:30 AM Friday, November 14, 2014 at Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Fowler. The concelebrants will be Fr. Duane Pamment and Fr. Dennis Howard. Plaza<\/strong><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/miserybay.usanethosting.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/plaza_doris.jpg\" alt=\"plaza_doris\" width=\"91\" height=\"129\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-43575\" \/>Doris V. Plaza, age 89, passed away on the bright and sunny morning of November 7, 2014. She was born June 5, 1925 in Carson City, the daughter of Lyle and Ruby Ann (Allison) Dunn. Doris was a house wife and a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, the Ladies Altar Society, St. Patricia Guild and was involved with the Clinton Co. Extension. She married Frank Plaza on November 16, 1946 and he preceded her in death on October 21, 2003.<br \/>\nDoris and Frank had four children, Carolyn (Tom) Hoover of St. Johns, Michael (Deborah) Plaza of Henderson, NV, Patricia (Carl) Gewirtz of Owosso and Delores Bednarz of Lewis Center, OH. Seven grandchildren, Lisa Knapp, Jeremy (Rhonda) Hoover, Mitchell Plaza, Chrell (Chad) Hoffman, Megun Gewirtz , Dan Bednarz and Chris (Lauren) Bednarz, twelve great grandchildren, brothers, Lyonne Dunn, James (Sue) Dunn, Ralph Dunn and William Loomis, sisters, Barbara Youngs, Donna (Arnold) Schmidt and many nieces and nephews. Along with her husband Frank, she was preceded in death by her parents, sisters, Maxine Youngs, Norma Hunsacker, brothers, Kenneth Dunn, Lester Dunn, Donald Dunn and Keith Dunn.<br \/>\nA Memorial Service will be at 10:30 a.m., on Friday, November 14, 2014, at Osgood Funeral Home, 104 E. Cass St., St. Johns, with Fr. Michael Williams presiding. Burial will take place at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens at 1:30 p.m. The family will receive friends on Thursday, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
