Findlay Country Manor, St. Johns, MI.<br \/>\nFuneral Services will be held at the Church of the Nazarene, St. Johns, MI on Friday, April 10, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. with Pastor Randall Rucker officiating. Burial will take place at North Star Cemetery, North Star, MI. Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 9, 2015 from 2-8 P.M. with family present from 2-4 &#038; 6-8 P.M. at Smith Family Funeral Homes, St. Johns MI.<br \/>\nLora was born in Perry, Michigan on June 7, 1929, the daughter of Claude Warren and Lora Lee Preston (Shoup) Holcomb. She graduated from Perry High School. Lora married Murray Keith Clark on May 22, 1959. Lora and M. Keith spent most of their life in Ithaca on the farm, moving to St. Johns 4 years ago. Lora had worked for Sealed Power, Federal Mogul and Gratiot Community Hospital. Lora enjoyed sewing and doing crafts. She was a member of the Church of the Nazarene in St. Johns.<br \/>\nShe is survived by her husband Keith Clark, 3 sons; Russell and Janis Clark, Mark and Denise Clark, Dale and Wendy Clark, 5 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and sister Grace Cook. She was preceded in death by her parents, 6 brothers, and 5 sisters.<br \/>\nMemorials may be made to Church of the Nazarene St. Johns, MI. The family is being served by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.smithfamilyfuneralhomes.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Smith Family Funeral Homes<\/a> St. Johns, Michigan.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Vincent Paul Csapos<\/strong><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/miserybay.usanethosting.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/csapos_vincent.jpg\" alt=\"csapos_vincent\" width=\"91\" height=\"129\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-46607\" \/>Vincent Paul Csapos, age 93, of Ovid, Michigan passed away Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at his home.<br \/>\nA Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Holy Family Catholic Church, Ovid, MI on Friday, April 10, 2015 at 10:00 A.M., with Rev. Fr. Ray Urbanek officiating. Burial will take place at Ford Cemetery, Gratiot County, Michigan. Visitation will be held on Thursday April, 9, 2015 from 2-8 P.M. with family present from 2-4 &#038; 6-8 P.M. at Smith Family Funeral Homes Elsie, Michigan. Rosary will be prayed at 7:00 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home.<br \/>\nVincent was born in Columbia, Michigan on February 24, 1922, the son of Vincent and Emily (Udvorke) Csapos. He graduated with the class of 1940 from the Ovid High School. He served his country in the US Army in the 8th Army Air Corp. in the battle of the Bulge during WWII.<br \/>\nOn November 20, 1948 he married Charolette Somers in Laingsburg, Michigan. They have enjoyed 67 years of marriage. Vincent worked for Michigan Milk Producers as a boiler operator, retiring in 1986 after many years of service. He enjoyed fishing, boating and polka dancing. He resided most of his life in Ovid, Michigan and was a member of the VFW Post 8964, and was the union treasurer for Michigan Milk. Vincent was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church, the church Men&#8217;s Club in Ovid, Michigan and a member of the K of C in Owosso, Michigan.<br \/>\nHe is survived by his wife Charolette Csapos, 5 sons; William and Sally Csapos, Daniel and Vickie Csapos, Larry Csapos, Garry Csapos, Vincent and JoAnn Csapos, 4 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, sister Sophie Nequist, and nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, daughter Barbara Ann, and sister Mary Jane.<br \/>\nMemorials may be made to Holy Family Catholic Church, Ovid, Michigan. The family is being served by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.smithfamilyfuneralhomes.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Smith Family Funeral Homes<\/a> Elsie, Michigan.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Ruth Mary (Droste) Mabie<\/strong><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/miserybay.usanethosting.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/mabie_ruth.jpg\" alt=\"mabie_ruth\" width=\"91\" height=\"129\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-46566\" \/>Ruth Mary (Droste) Mabie died Monday, April 6, 2015 at the age of 84. She was born April 6, 1931 in Olive Township, Clinton County, MI the daughter of Homer and Roberta (Bond) Otis. Ruth was a graduate of Rodney B. Wilson High School in St. Johns, Class of 1950 and continued her education becoming a Licensed Practical Nurse. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in St. Johns, Past President of the LPN Association for the State of Michigan and a former 4-H Leader. The majority of her nursing career was at Carson City Hospital and St. Lawrence Hospital.<br \/>\nSurviving are her children, Lynda (James) Roof of St. johns, Sue Mates of Ithaca, Bruce (Peggy) Droste of Hubbardston, Beverly (Brian) Sosebee of St. Johns, Joyce (Randy) Johnston of St. Johns, Lisa (Miguel) Guzman of Lansing, Nancy (Yogi) Jacobs of Fennville, Timothy (Cory) Droste of St. Johns and Jennifer (Steve) Walzak of Lansing; special friends, Heidi and Jim Rose of St. Johns; 23 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents; step father, Arden Cressman; husbands, Roy Droste, Cecil Antes and Winford \u201cPops\u201d Mabie; two sons, Douglas and Daniel; grandchildren, Roy Droste, Amber and Ryan Johnston and Stephanie Guzman; sister, Sharie Cressman-Sanders and son-in-law, Warren Mates.<br \/>\nFuneral services will be held 11:00 AM Friday, April 10, 2015 at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.keckcolemanfh.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Keck-Coleman Funeral Home<\/a>, St. Johns with Rev. Fr. Michael Williams officiating. Interment will follow at Wilsey Cemetery. The family will receive relatives and friends 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Thursday, April 9 with a vigil service at 7:00 PM at the funeral home.  Memorials may be made to Sparrow Clinton Foundation 805 S. Oakland St. Johns, MI 48879. Funds will be directed to the Parkinson\u2019s Therapy Program being conducted at Sparrow Clinton Hospital Rehab.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>F. Joanne Miller<\/strong><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/miserybay.usanethosting.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/miller_joanne.jpg\" alt=\"miller_joanne\" width=\"91\" height=\"129\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-46542\" \/>Frances Joanne Miller died at Hazel Finley Country Manor on April 6, 2015, at the age of 84. She was born in St. Johns, Michigan, on May 4, 1930, the daughter of Francis Martus and V. Geraldine (Rahl Martus) Martin. Joanne retired from the Clinton County Courthouse in 1989 where she worked in several capacities, including court reporter for Clinton and Gratiot Counties. Post retirement, Joanne continued work as a court transcriptionist and volunteered as a records keeper for Mt. Rest Cemetery.<br \/>\nJoanne married Richard \u201cDick\u201d Miller in St. Johns on October 8, 1949, after meeting at a dance. They then spent a fifty-two year marriage happily dancing through life. Joanne enjoyed crossword puzzles, playing cards, and regaling friends with tales of her family. Family was always of utmost importance to Joanne and a source of great joy. She led her family by example &#8212; always demonstrating with integrity what it meant to be kind, appreciative, and honest.<br \/>\nSurviving are their children Judith Martus Miller of Lansing; Maureen &#8220;Petie&#8221; (Jerome) Warren of Mulberry, FL; Alan (Mindy) Miller of St. Johns; Laura (Ed) Whiteherse of Ovid; and honorary daughter, Stephanie (Jim) Idalski-Guyot of Montrose; her grandchildren include Carrie, Courtney, Danielle, Dione, Erika, Gail, Jacque, Joshua, Kim, Licia, Nicole, and many great-grandchildren. &#8220;We&#8217;ll always bees with you, soft Grandma.&#8221; Also surviving are two brothers: Jack (Jean) Martin of Alpena; Jim (Del) Martin of Finley, ND; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Dick, step-father Gerald \u201cJerry\u201d Martin, brother, Kurt Martin, and sister, Marilyn Kieffer.<br \/>\nVisitation will be held at Keck-Coleman Funeral Home, St. Johns, on Wednesday, April 8, 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. with a vigil service at 7 p.m. Funeral mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m., Thursday, April 9, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, St. Johns, with the Reverend Father Michael Williams officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Great Lakes Hospice, Hazel Findlay Country Manor, or the charity of your choice in honor of Joanne.<br \/>\nArrangements by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.keckcolemanfh.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Keck-Coleman Funeral Home<\/a>, St. Johns, MI.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Marilyn Jean Boettger<\/strong><br \/>\nMarilyn Jean Boettger (Nuechterlein), Port St. Lucie, FL formerly of St. Johns, MI went to her eternal heavenly home on Friday, February 6, 2015 at the age of 84.  She was born on July 7, 1930 in Bay City, MI, to Rev. August and Alvina (Kreutzer) Nuechterlein.  Marilyn and Robert W. Boettger were married, on August 28, 1949 at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Fowler, MI.  They resided in St. Johns, MI until they retired in 1980 and moved to Port St. Lucie, FL.  Marilyn was an active church member, and an organist for over 30 years, and currently served as church treasurer for more than 25 years.<br \/>\nSurviving are her children, Kathryn Jean (Jesse) Ruiz, Robert James (MaryLu) Boettger, and Mary Ann (Mark) Green; 10 grandchildren and their spouses; 16 great-grandchildren; and her sister, Lois Lytle.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert, infant son, Michael Lynn,  brother, Richard Nuechterlein, and sister, Phyllis Wilkins.<br \/>\nA memorial service was held on Sunday, February 22, 2015 at Redeemer Lutheran Church, Stuart, FL.  <strong>A second memorial service in Michigan will be held April 12, 2015 at 2:00 pm at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Fowler, MI.<\/strong><br \/>\nMemorials may be made to any of the following: St. Paul Lutheran Church, 329 N.
