Artifacts and photographs take us back in time when there were many rural township schools. A permanent Military Display has artifacts from the Civil War through the Vietnam War and Calendar Hall on the second floor explores the history of the &#8220;Beginning of Clinton County&#8221; up to 1960.<\/p>\n<p>Other areas in the 1860&#8217;s house show what it was like in past times, and don&#8217;t miss the General Store and Carriage House displays.<\/p>\n<p>Paine-Gillam-Scott Museum will be open during the Mint Festival Saturday, August 15 and Sunday, August 16 from 1 &#8211; 4p.m.<\/p>\n<p>For Special Tours and Programs, please contact the Museum at email <a href=\"mailto:pgsmuseum@hotmail.com\">pgsmuseum@hotmail.com<\/a> or call Jan Upton at 989.292.9096.<\/p>\n<p>The museum is located at 106 Maple St., Saint Johns, MI 48879.
