Penney.<\/p>\n<p>Candy, chips you name it, this was always my first stop when I left Rodney B. Wilson at 2:30 p.m. to go to my Co-Op job at Bement Public Library. The old fashioned candy counter in the front of the store was my first stop. Always a scoop of potato chips and then candy, just enough to tide me over at the job.
