State Street in St. Johns is hosting a free 4-day Vacation Bible School event at the church Monday through Thursday, June 25-28 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. No need to pre-register, simply register when you show up.<\/p>\n<p>Preschool through 5th grade students will venture onto an uncharted island where they will discover how to not only survive but thrive. Through daily Bible points, kids will be anchored in the truth that Jesus can carry them through life\u2019s storms. Bible-based lessons, fun crafts and games, delicious treats, and creative videos.<\/p>\n<p>The mission for the week is Project Connect, a county-wide event held August 16 at the Clinton County Fairgrounds, which connects Clinton County individuals and families with limited resources to the resources they need. Students are encouraged to bring pairs of new underwear, socks, backpacks and school supplies for the Project Connect mission.<\/p>\n<p>The week will end with lots of fun as kids get to dunk their favorite VBS staff in the dunk tank. We will also would like to continue gathering photos and information relating to the postal history of Clinton County.
