Tennant Performance Shell; St. Johns City Park, Wednesday evenings; 7 p.m.; Rain or Shine.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Sister Hazel benefit concert is June 15<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/FG9e4XsoOGc\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>A concert to benefit the return of the Soap Box Derby and other local organizations will be held at Uncle John\u2019s Cider Mill on Saturday, June 15, 2019 from 3:00 \u2013 11:00 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>The concert will feature the platinum rock band, Sister Hazel, who has been noted as, \u201cOne of the Top 100 Most Influential Independent Performers of the last 15 years\u201d by Performing Songwriter Magazine. Also performing will be Sadie Bass, Blues 202, Others Eyes, and Wing It.<\/p>\n<p>Proceeds from the concert will go to the Saint Johns Soap Box Derby, Boy Scouts, Saint Johns VFW Post 4113, and an animal rescue organization.<\/p>\n<p>Ticket prices are $30 general admission and $100 VIP.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Special Olympics Area 28 Golf Scramble is June 15<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mark your calendars June 15, 2019 for the 23rd annual Special Olympics Area 28 Clinton County Golf Scramble at the Emerald Golf Course. Continental breakfast, 18 holes with cart, luncheon, raffles, prizes are all included for only a $70 entry fee.<\/p>\n<p>They are looking for golfers and sponsors to make this outing a success. The money raised helps pay for equipment, uniforms, transportation and much more. Area 28 wants to reach out and include as many children and adults with intellectual disabilities in Special Olympics as possible. In this interactive workshop, people are taught effective tools to better self-manage their condition and its impact on their life.<\/p>\n<p>Managing chronic pain is more than taking medications. We address a variety of topics including fatigue management, dealing with difficult emotions, and pacing and planning. Includes the Moving Easy Program: safe exercises to improve strength, flexibility, and endurance. Caregivers and significant others are also welcome to sign up and attend as active participants. The workshop is <em>free<\/em> of charge courtesy of Michigan State Medical Society. Pre-registration is required.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The Chronic Pain PATH workshop will be held at Clinton County Medical Center, 1005 S.
