John Kenneth Maki<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"John Kenneth Maki died unexpectedly Tuesday, March 3, 2020 at the age of 70. He was born June 12, 1949 in Ontonagon, MI the son of Francis and Lilah (Lahti) Maki. John attended Redeemer Church, St. Johns Campus and he was an avid bowler and enjoyed golf. He liked spending time outdoors and enjoyed hunting and fishing. John also enjoyed listening to music, mostly old Rock and Roll from the 60\u2019s. He was a die setter at General Motors and retired with 22 years of service and was a member of UAW Local # 652.<\/p>\n

Surviving is his wife, Mary; a brother, Brian Maki; two daughters, Jennifer Phelps and Katherine Maki (Tom); five step children, Lyle Witt, Kathy Witt, Melissa (Mark) Smith, Michael (Patience) Witt and Richard Witt; eleven grandchildren; three great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, daughter Aislin Maki, brother, Jimmy Maki and sister, Marlene Cole.<\/p>\n

Following John\u2019s wishes cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation or services. The family was assisted with these arrangements by Keck-Coleman Funeral Home<\/font><\/a>, St. Johns.<\/p>\n

Lucile E. Frisbie<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"Lucile E. Frisbie, age 97, of Port Charlotte, Florida, died February 19, 2020. She was born April 15, 1922 in Milan, Michigan the daughter of Harry G. and Elva C. (Lewis) Dennison. She married Ray J. Frisbie in San Bernardino, California April 24, 1943, where he was training for World War II in Chemical Warfare. After service in WWII, they moved back to Michigan where eventually they owned three retail stores in Clio, Michigan before retiring to Florida in 1983. They resided at South Port Square until their deaths.<\/p>\n

She is survived by two grandsons and their families, Derek D. (Gayle) Frisbie of St. Johns, Michigan and Adam D. (Aleza) Frisbie of Clio, Michigan. Ray preceded her in death on December 18, 2008. She was also preceded in death by two sons, David Ray Frisbie (age 36) and Terry J Frisbie (age 34); her parents, sister Pauline Clarke and daughter-in-law Margaret Frisbie.<\/p>\n

Burial of her ashes will be at the Frisbie Family plot at Marble Park, Milan, Michigan.<\/p>\n

Leon H. Lewis<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"Leon H. Lewis, age 85, passed away at Sparrow Hospital on Saturday, February 29, 2020. Leon was born on September 30, 1934 the son of Lloyd and Mildred (Johnson) Lewis. He was a self-employed carpenter\/builder. On June 27, 1953 he married Janet Sohn in St. Johns. She preceded him in death on January 16, 2018.<\/p>\n

Surviving are his children, Jim (Hilda) Lewis of St. Johns, Cindy Hoffer of Alma, Greg (Renee) Lewis of St. Johns, Gary Lewis of Elsie and Brian (Helen) Lewis of Owosso; twelve grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren; one great great grandchild, his sister Riva Kristen of Ithaca. He was preceded in death by a sister and 2 brothers.<\/p>\n

The family will receive friends and relatives at Keck-Coleman Funeral Home<\/font><\/a> on Saturday, March 14, 2020, 1:00 p.m. till 5:00 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to the charity of the donor\u2019s choice.<\/p>\n
