Chad Becker was unfortunately one of the young supervisors caught in Federal-Mogul’s revolving door. He wasn’t there long enough for any of us to get to know him.
It was hard for us out on the floor to understand or have confidence in an upper management team that seemed lost themselves.
In the old days supervisors came up through the ranks and for the most part were pretty good choices.
