December’s Just in Time for Christmas drawing was the tenth and final drawing of the Downtown Management Board’s promotion, which awarded a total of $2500 throughout the past year to lucky shoppers who completed entry forms obtained at local businesses and merchants in the Downtown central business district.
The Downtown Dollars promotion was designed to reward shoppers who buy locally, and with nearly 10,000 entries received during the course of the year, it was a very popular success.
