The Parks and Recreation Board invites you to the Community Pep Rally in the park on Monday April 25th from 1-4 PM at the Performance Shell.
This is the afternoon that Reader’s Digest will be here to present us with a $10,000 check for our 6th place win in the ‘We Hear You America’ contest. We don’t know exactly what to expect from Reader’s Digest, but it looks like they have a traveling RV that is touring the country and passing out checks to the top 10 cities from the contest. They have said that we will appear in an upcoming issue of the magazine.
We hope to get as big of a turnout as possible at this event to show just how enthusiastic and supportive our community can be.
