The Clinton County Republican News, which later became the Clinton County News, was located for years at 120 E. Walker St. Gone are the days when local newspapers used to print their paper. The partial view of the old Miller Furniture store is shown to the right. That building is gone now. It was razed about 1980.
CCN later located to 215 N. Clinton Ave. in the old Matthews building which now houses the Art Gallery, and then moved to 320 N. Clinton Ave where Paul Automotive, and before that O. P. Dewitt Grocery Wholesalers, used to be.
Currently CCN is located in Grand Ledge, and the building is now home to Jackson, Jackson & Associates PC, a law firm.
