The City of St. Johns Recreation Department is offering a variety of programs that will keep your children active all summer long. Registration forms are available at City Offices and the city website www.cityofsaintjohnsmi.com.
This year the outdoor pool will be closed. Instead swimming lessons and open swim will take place at the high school pool. Please see the registration form for class times and visit the website to see which class times are already filled.
The Recreation Department is again this year teaming up with area restaurants/businesses to give you free food.
For every child that signs up for a summer recreation program they will receive a free kid’s meal from St. Johns Big Boy, an order of French fries from Burger King and 6 free donuts or candy sticks with a $5.00 purchase at Andy T’s. These items will be given out at the end of the program. In addition, all kids will be entered in to a drawing to win one of twelve free food packages, all from area restaurants.
Restaurants in the drawing package include Big Boy, Burger King, Subway, Andy T’s, Applebee’s, Mancino’s and Deano’s Pizza. Drawing will take place in July. Sponsors and food items may change without notice.
