Boot Camp Class being offered

Tired of the treadmill and looking for a fun way to stay fit and healthy? Boot camp alternates strength-training exercises with aerobic activities to give you two workouts in one. Increase your strength, endurance and tone up with Boot Camp. Classes combine intervals of cardio drills and muscle conditioning exercises to provide you with the ultimate circuit workout. Some exercises include, pushups, lunges, work with medicine balls and bands. Expect the unexpected in these full-body Boot Camp classes, which are always challenging and fun. When: Mondays and Wednesdays beginning September 12, 2011 – November 28, 2011 (there are two 5 ½ week sessions with no class on November 23, 2011)
Time: 6:45pm – 7:45pm
Where: Mondays at K13 Physical Therapy and Wednesdays tentatively at Gateway North Elementary School Cafeteria (please check the website before the first class to confirm the Wednesday location).
Cost: $55 per 5 ½ week (11 classes) session per person for City Residents; $65 for non-City Residents. Drop-ins: $6 per class for City Residents; $7 for non-City Residents. Drop-ins are allowed only if space permits. It is highly recommended that you preregister with the city offices before the first day of class.
