The Clinton County Democrats Spring Banquet will be held this Friday, May 4th at the Prairie Creek Banquet Center in DeWitt.
The keynote speaker will be US Senator Debbie Stabenow. Senator Stabenow has served two terms in the Senate and is up for reelection this year.
The Spring Banquet marks the kickoff of the campaign season. It is the Clinton County Democrats biggest fundraiser of the year and it makes a lot of the things they do possible.
The biggest endeavor that the party will be taking on this year will be the paying and staffing of the party office. This office will be the center of all things CCDP leading up to the election.
Attendees at the banquet will have the opportunity to participate in a silent auction and meet many of the candidates running for city, township, county and state offices.
