At Sunday Event
Under the careful attention of artist Liduina Fedewa, common gourds provide fresh attraction, displaying delicate carving, subtle shades and fascinating arrangements.
Ms. Fedewa will be the featured artist June 3 when Clinton County Arts Council holds its monthly Sunday event at the Gallery. She will be working on some current projects underway, such as bowls, vases, snowmen, lights and other offerings that emerge as new lives to common gourds.
Her works have been registered at many shows and have received numerous awards, as reflected by the items she has on display at the Gallery.
The monthly Sunday Event is free of charge and runs from 1p. to 3p., offering an ideal time to visit with the featured artist and many other artists who regularly display their works at the Gallery. Each open house features light refreshments. The June gathering is sponsored by Firstbank of St. Johns.
