Trevor Vanek, left, and Caitlyn Theis were two of thirteen students – all from St. Johns – displaying works at the Gallery March 4, 2012 during the Arts Council’s monthly open house.
Trevor displayed a self-portrait in ink using thumb and finger. He is a ninth-grader. Sophomore Caitlyn exhibited a creative piece completed with metal and color pencils.
The student open house is an annual event and budding artists from all area schools are invited to show their work.
