A touch of paint adds perk to glass

glassthSunday September 7th
A wine glass, a pepper shaker, a pocketbook mirror. They share a common existence by being pieces of glass, pieces that sparkle afresh after undergoing the delicate touch of Laura Pulling. Ms. Pulling is an artist whose specialty is painting on glass and her brush touches a wide range of items, including those common to every day use as well as delicate keepsake treasures. Often her efforts transform an ordinary object into a gift to be cherished.
