North Ward School

This building was designed by Oliver Hidden who was the architect for the old Courthouse, Steel Hotel, East Ward and Central schools. It was identified on an old postcard as the North Side School. It was also known as the Perrin School. A lot of people remember it as the North Ward School. Both this and Perrin-Palmer were still being called North Ward.
Perrin-Palmer was built in 1939 and some time after that this building was torn down.
