Flag Pole Painter

In this circa 1935 photo and perched precariously on the flag pole in front of the old Clinton County Courthouse is a flag pole painter.
The old City water tower is seen in the background and the Steel Hotel stands above all the other downtown buildings.
In the foreground are wooden benches on the Courthouse lawn where people were seen gathering in a lot of photos from the past.
