On Saturday, February 19th, 2011 Bath High School students Jacqueline Micheaux, Allison Modolo Contreras, Bonnie Baker, Mary Jane Orta and Andrea Modolo Contreras competed in Saginaw at the Michigan School Band and Orchestra Association’s Solo and Ensemble Districts.
All BHS students scored I and II ratings. A I rating is the highest score you can receive; a II rating is the second highest.
Andrea Modolo Contreras and Mary Jane Orta received a first division rating for their duet which enables them to move on to the All-State Solo and Ensemble Competition on March 26th (location TBA).
