Yoga for EveryBody (open to all levels) will cultivate ease and flow in practice, focusing on the many benefits of yoga. The last class will be a Restorative Yoga Practice. Practice of the various poses cleanses the body by increasing circulation and purging it of toxins. Asanas (poses) restore strength in muscles and bones, increase flexibility and stability in joints, improve posture and stamina, and bring calm to the body and mind.
