Holiday Program and more
It’s that time of year again and the library will be offering family fun at 3 holiday programs! At each program you will be musically entertained by the Caroling Kids @ Briggs, Santa will have stories from the North Pole and will visit with each child. While you are waiting for your time with the man in the red suit your family can enjoy holiday games, crafts and refreshments. Choose one of these dates and mark your calendar: Thursday, December 6th (6-8pm), Friday, December 7th (6-8pm), or Saturday, December 8th (10-Noon). Registration is not required for these free programs.
Tween Holiday Program
All ‘Tweens ages 9-12 are invited to our Christmas Craft Workshop on Tuesday, December 11th from 6-8pm, where we will work like Santa’s elves constructing a variety of festive projects and preparing a sampling of holiday treats. Registration for this free program is required, and will begin on Tuesday, November 20th.
Mitten Tree
The library will begin our annual mitten drive starting Monday, November 12th and ending Monday, December 10th. Mittens, gloves or scarves must be new (home-made or store bought.) The collection is for all ages, adult or child. Items collected will be donated to charitable organizations
Thank You
We appreciate the patrons who took the time and money to help the library with the food drive.
Items collected were given to local charities.
Toys for Tots
