Survey
The Library Board is seeking community input in regards to what current library services the public values. They are also looking for ideas on what new and/or additional services the public would like to see the library provided. Whether you are a registered library patron or not please take a moment to complete our survey. It can be accessed by visiting the Library’s website at www.briggspubliclibrary.org or by requesting a print copy at the circulation desk. Thank you for your time and for your interest in the Library.
Bookaholics
There are still copies of “The Beekeeper’s Apprentice” available for those interested in joining the Bookaholics when we meet on Thursday, November 20. In this rousing mystery, we find a long-retired Sherlock Holmes quietly pursuing a study of honeybees when he meets an audacious teenage girl with a penchant for detection. Miss Mary Russell proves a deft protégée and fitting partner for Holmes, and together they must track down a kidnapped American senator’s daughter and confront a truly cunning adversary. The club will meet at the library at 12:00 pm and at Bruno’s Bar at 7:30 pm.
