Alison House in Delta Township
Lutheran Social Services of Michigan has hired Jessica Cage as the new manager of Alison House in Delta Township, Mich. Alison House is the first barrier-free independent living apartment building built and managed by Lutheran Social Services of Michigan for low-income adults with physical disabilities.
“Jessica is a skilled human services specialist with nine years of experience,” said James Gilbert, director of the Subsidized Housing division of Lutheran Social Services of Michigan.
Prior to coming to Alison House and Lutheran Social Services, Cage worked for three years as a child welfare support worker for St. Vincent Catholic Charities in Lansing.
Cage earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Siena Heights University in Adrian, Michigan in 2008, with a major in Community Services and a minor in Family Systems.
