75th Diamond Anniversary Ball on May 21
In honor of Carson City Hospital’s 75th anniversary, several events are planned throughout 2011, including a 75th Diamond Anniversary Ball on Saturday, May 21, at 6 p.m. in the Chippewa Ballroom at the Soaring Eagle Casino and Resort in Mt. Pleasant. This elegant event is being hosted by Carson City Hospital (CCH) and the Carson City Hospital Auxiliary (CCHA).
“We have a lot of informal and family-focused events taking place throughout the year, but we really wanted to offer a distinguished, unique way to honor our hospital’s past, its employees, our patients, and the communities that have supported us for 75 years,” said Mary Ann Morris, a long-time CCH employee and a member of the CCHA. “We look forward to celebrating with our entire community at this gala event.”
The evening will include a formal dinner and dancing to the Jack Clarkson Band. Black tie dress is optional. Tickets to the 75th Diamond Anniversary Ball are $40 per person or $75 per couple.
