Jennifer Rivard, M.D., FAAD, has joined the staff at Carson City Hospital. Dr. Rivard is a board-certified dermatologist and will be working out of the Carson Specialty Clinic.
Dr. Rivard received her Bachelor of Science degree in genetics at Texas A&M University in College Station and her medical education at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. She completed all of her post-graduate training at Henry Ford Hospital: internal medicine internship, dermatology residency, and a two year phototherapy fellowship.
Dr. Rivard is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Medical Association, Michigan Dermatological Society, and Michigan State Medical Society. She received a Wayne State University Teaching Award and a Michigan Dermatological Society Award.
