Joshua Weinberg, 10, of St. Johns bagged his first deer on opening day of the youth hunt. Joshua got the button buck at 7:20 a.m.
The fifth grade student at Riley Elementary School is the son of Kevin and Kendra Weinberg, and grandson of Ken and Bev Mohnke of St. Johns.
