Tuan Hoang worked in the Metallurgy Lab. They analyzed the materials after certain operations and hopefully caught problems before they got out the door.
The lab consisted of four separate rooms and was climate controlled. The lab technicians had an assortment of lab equipment which I knew nothing about.
My only dealings with the lab had to do with the Ford and Chrysler A/C Shoe project and we needed to know how thick the lining was at its thinnest point.
