Tom Bishop started at Federal-Mogul on April 20, 1966. Tom had a slew of relatives that also worked there including his dad, Paul, and his grandpa, Chet.
Tom worked in the tumble and pack department. More and more parts required no secondary operations which meant they were stamped out, tumbled to remove sharp edges, and pack for shipment. There was very little profit margin on those parts.
As we can see by Tom’s shirt, he’s an avid fan and participant of the game of golf. He once had a hole-in-one at Twin Oaks.
