Open House at Gallery

Tuesday, December 3
While the spirit may often precede the time, Thanksgiving is seen as the traditional entry into the holiday season. Soon after that festive opening, the Gallery of Clinton County Arts Council takes on a jolly aura and excitement abounds.
Director Michael Muehlenbeck and Docent Bev Davis make preparation for the first holiday event, an Open House Tuesday, December 3.
This year, the initial event will be a special shopping open house set for Tuesday December 3 from 6 to 8 p.m. Director Michael Muehlenbeck has some special attractions planned for that evening and shoppers will be treated to seasonal refreshments as they browse the variety of gift ideas and art offerings.
The December 3 open house officially opens the holiday season at the Gallery and the period holds interest capturing items for giving or keeping.
A new offering this year is scheduling for small groups that might be interested in a one or two hour – or any time – private shopping period. Such a reserved time allows for a greater opportunity to peruse the many attractions available at the Gallery.
Muehlenbeck explained that group arrangements may be made simply by calling the Gallery, 989 224-2429.
