Hazel I. Findlay Country Manor will be hosting their Annual Remembrance Service on Thursday, October 13, 2011 at 6:00 p.m.
The service will be held in the Multi-Purpose Room and will be lead by the Reverend Charles Kruger of Great Lakes Caring.
We want to honor and remember those residents who have passed away between December 2010 and August 2011.
We invite family members and friends to join us as we share fond memories of our loved ones. We encourage you to bring a picture of your loved one to display during the service.
An RSVP is appreciated but not mandatory. If possible, please call Heidi Scranton, Activity Director at 224-8936 and give her the name of the individual in whose memory you will be attending and the number of individual who will be joining you.
Light refreshments will be served and family members will be given the opportunity to speak if they wish to.
